TRIPLE SMOKED MAC AND CHEESE

  • 1/2 pound shells
  • 3 tbs butter
  • 3 tbs flour
  • 1 tbs powdered mustard
  • 3 cups milk
  • 12 ounces smoked Gouda, shredded
  • 2 strips cooked bacon chopped
  • 1 tbs Olo’s chipotle paste

Panko breadcrumbs While the pasta is cooking, in a separate pot, melt the butter. Whisk in the flour and mustard and keep it movin. Stir in the milk, cheese, bacon chipotle paste. Add cooked pasta, transfer to buttered pan. Top with panko breadcrumbs and stick under broiler until golden brown.
